[NSC-users] Major outage at NSC

Power was restored to NSC's computer rooms at 08:10.

Construction work near campus severed a high-voltage cable which
knocked out power to parts of Linköping and all of campus.

System status:

Triolith and Gamma will remain down for most of the day. We decided it
was better to perform the scheduled maintenance today rather than on
Thursday in order to spare users another outage.

As soon as the district cooling system has stabilized Bi will be
restarted (probably within an hour).

Frost is back online.

The Allvis/Delta test system will be restarted as soon as time permits.
