[Sigma-users] Sigma (and Tetralith) unavailable

Dear Sigma users,

As some of you have discovered the login sessions on Sigma have locked
up immediately after logging in since around 12:25 yesterday. To
prevent jobs from potentially failing from this error the job
scheduler has been told to not start any more jobs.

It appears to be the same problem that happened on Wednesday. We're
still working with the storage system vendor to diagnose and fix the
problem. You can expect that Tetralith and Sigma will be unavailable
until at least Monday lunch. We will email all users when the systems
are back online.
