[Sigma-users] Using devel reservation outside office hours

Due to very low usage of the two reserved devel-night nodes, we have
decided to remove the devel-night reservation and let these nodes run
normal jobs 24/7 instead.

If someone occasionally has the need for reserved nodes at a specific
time, you can instead reserve nodes using the new reservation tool
("nsc-boost-reservation", see
https://www.nsc.liu.se/support/batch-jobs/boost-tools/)
