[Snic-users] Neolith/Kappa/Matter: New default versions of Matlab and Mathematica

Dear Kappa, Matter and Neolith users,

Next Tuesday (2012-01-17) we will change the default version of Matlab
from version 7.9 to 7.11 (this is the latest installed version and is
also known as R2010b).

We will also change the default version of Mathematica from 7.0 to 8.0.1.

If you run many Matlab or Mathematica batch jobs you should verify
that your jobs will continue working with the new version.
