[Snic-users] Triolith, Kappa and Matter unavailable, all running jobs failed

Dear users,

At 00:53 this morning, the shared file systems (/home, /nobackup and
/software) all became unavailable. Due to this, all running jobs on
Triolith, Matter and Kappa eventually failed.

We are currently investigating what happened and will provide more
information when it becomes available. So far I have not seen anything
that suggests that we have permanently lost any data.
