[Snic-users] Triolith and Gamma compute nodes unavailable Thursday June 7th from 09:00

Dear Triolith and Gamma users,

On Thursday June 7th, from 09:00 CEST, all Triolith and Gamma compute
nodes will be unavailable. Login nodes will be available, but there's
a small chance that you might be logged out with little or no warning.

Jobs that cannot finish before Thursday 09:00 will not be started
until after the downtime.

This downtime is needed to allow the storage vendor and NSC to recover
from another unexpected problem encountered during the storage
conversion that's being done to connect Centre Storage (/home, /proj)
to our new generation systems (Tetralith and Sigma). If the vendor can
figure out a way to solve the problem without downtime we will cancel
it.

We will resume starting new jobs as soon as we deem it safe to do so.
If this takes more than 4 hours, we will keep you informed of our
progress.
