[Snic-users] Tetralith and Sigma now available

Dear Tetralith and Sigma users,

15:30 today we had some unexpected power issues affecting Centre 
Storage. All jobs running on Tetralith and Sigma failed.

Tetralith and Sigma are now available again

Tetralith compute nodes are still in the process of being rebooted and 
will be available in full numbers later tonight.
