Tetralith and Sigma are now available.
The cause of today's outage was that a piece of critical network
equipment crashed and rebooted, not the storage system as we initially
thought.
Jobs now start normally on Tetralith and Sigma. The login nodes were
unaffected by the problem, but please note that the scheduled update and
reboot of login nodes will still happen as scheduled today, see
https://lists.nsc.liu.se/mailman/public/tetralith-users/2020-December/000028.html
and
https://lists.nsc.liu.se/mailman/public/sigma-users/2020-December/000034.html
Users that ran jobs that clearly failed due to this has been informed
separately that they need to review and resubmit the affected jobs. If
your job failed between 09:50 and 10:30 today but you did not received
an email, please check the job output and if necessary resubmit it.
As always, if you see anything strange or have questions, please contact
support at nsc.liu.se.
