[Storage-users] service stop nsc BACKUP system

Service stop Tuesday 23 June 10:00 to 14:00.

Our BACKUP system is temporarily down do to upgrading tape robot.

* Gridftp is not accessible for read.
* LHC tape access is not possible.
* TSM backup and restore is not possible.
