[Tetralith-users] Tetralith: primary group changed from "nsc" to personal group

Tetralith NSC users,

[using the tetralith-users at lists.nsc.liu.se list as that today only
contains NSC staff...]

as part of

https://trello.com/c/C3o20fdb/185-give-nsc-users-personal-primary-groups

we have now changed to personal groups for NSC staff on Tetralith.
That means that we now have:

  # id kent
  uid=1009(kent) gid=1009(kent) groups=1009(kent),500(nsc),[...]

instead of earlier

  # id kent
  uid=1009(kent) gid=500(nsc) groups=500(nsc),[...]

The change has the expected consequence that newly created files and
directories have your personal group instead of "nsc" as group owner.
This means that it is more important now to make sure that directories
that should be owned by nsc use the "chmod g+s" feature that enables
group inheritance.

Note that you will now get umask 0002 instead of 0022 on Tetralith, so
files/directories will be group writable by default.

The group for home directories and their contents on Centre Storage have
not been changed for existing users. If you want to change that, you
will have to do it yourself using "chgrp -R" or similar.

Due to me running into unexpected problems, I have just done this on
Tetralith today and will change Triolith and Gamma tomorrow.
