[Tetralith-users] Some Tetralith compute nodes down

Dear Tetralith users,

Due to a partial power failure (one of three power subcentrals powering
Tetralith and Sigma), many compute nodes (455 of 1908) in Tetralith went
offline at 05:10 today.

All running jobs on these nodes failed.

The remaining compute nodes and the login nodes are still available.
