I am writing to inquire about the job priority system on the Tetralith. Recently, I have noticed that my submitted jobs often experience considerable queuing time before running. The displayed reason for this delay is attributed to priority. However, upon reviewing the usage statistics of the queue to which my jobs are submitted, I have observed that the utilization rate over the past 30 days has consistently remained below 60%.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly provide me with some clarification regarding the criteria used for determining job priority. Understanding these standards would be immensely helpful for me to better manage my computational tasks and workflow.
