[Tetralith-users] Tetralith unavailable - unplanned storage problem

Tetralith is now back online and you are welcome to login again.

All jobs that were running earlier today (from approximately 08:20)
failed or were later cancelled by NSC (as they would not have finished
successfully anyway). Affected users have been informed via email.

As far as we know no data on disk was damaged, but as mentioned in the
email to affected users: running jobs were probably able to write data
successfully to disk, but most reads would have returned an I/O
error.
