[Tetralith-users] Unplanned outage @ Tetralith (resolved)

Dear Tetralith users,

At around 09:20 CEST yesterday an unplanned power outage, longer than
the UPS:es could handle caused Tetralith to be unavailable. All running
jobs failed, login sessions were terminated.

Storage and login nodes were restarted around 17:30 CEST, but due to
problems caused by the power outage the job scheduler could not be
started (so jobs could not start, commands like "sinfo" would return an
error, etc.). This problem was resolved at 03:10 CEST today.

All parts of Tetralith (apart from some compute nodes that need more
work) are now available.
