[Triolith-users] Login node restarts in three hours (2014-12-20 23:00) due to *urgent* security update

Hi, 

I have some problems with my job. I cancelled some job that were running and then resubmitting them, but they get interrupted and I don’t understand why! 
Even the job that I didn’t cancelled but automatically resubmitted itself got out with the same “error”:
in the slurm.out (in e.g., /home/x_frpau/noresm-ver1-cmip5/cases/NoVolcanoStart29051934/) : 
oj/cesm_input-data/inputdata: Command not found.
DIN_LOC_ROOT_CSMDATA: Undefined variable.
BUILD_COMPLETE: Undefined variable.

Could you tell me what’s wrong?
