[Triolith-users] Restart of Triolith login node triolith2, Wednesday 31 August 10:00 CEST

Dear Triolith users,

After yesterday's update of login node triolith1, running OpenGL
applications via Thinlinc stopped working. The problem has now been fixed.

Due to this incident, today's scheduled update of triolith2 has been
postponed to Wednesday 31 August 10:00 CEST. The estimated downtime during
the update is 40 minutes.

Running or queued batch jobs will not be affected. Interactive sessions
(started with the `interactive' command), SSH logins, and Thinlinc
sessions running on triolith2 will be terminated during the update.

While triolith2 is being updated, new SSH logins and Thinlinc sessions
will end up on triolith1.
