[Vagn-users] Vagn unavailable next Tuesday 2013-12-03 from 13:00

Dear Vagn users,

Next Tuesday (2013-12-03) from 13:00, Vagn will be unavailable due to
maintenance (operating system upgrade of the login node and system
server, disk system maintenance and a scheduler upgrade).

We estimate that this will take 1-4 hours to complete.

During the stop, no part of Vagn will be available to users. Any
logged-in user will be logged out at 13:00. Any jobs (batch or
interactive) that cannot finish before 13:00 on Tuesday will not
start, so if your job does not start as expected, make sure you don't
request more time than is available before that time (i.e use the "-t
DD-HH:MM:SS" option to sbatch/interactive).

Data stored on Accumulus can be access from Krypton during the stop.
