[Vagn-users] Unexpectedly long downtime before lunch

Dear Vagn users

Due to a switch failure during an upgrade vagn was without network for
almost 20min (10:59-11:18). The ability to schedule jobs was turned
off during this time, but any interactive sessions you had would have
been terminated.
