[Vagnekman-users] Maintenance on Vagn on Tuesday 26/10 (next week) between 9:00 and 13:00

The maintenance is now over and the queuing system of Vagn is back
online.

As mentioned in the initial announcement, jobs that were in the queue
when the maintenance started was removed. It is now safe to resubmit the
jobs.

The resource manager SLURM has been upgraded from version 1.3 to
2.1. Also the job scheduler Moab has been removed, as the internal
scheduler in SLURM 2.1 is capable enough to handle the basic job queue
configuration on Vagn.

As a consequence of this the Moab command "showq" is no longer
available. To get information about the job queue, use the SLURM command
"squeue" instead.
