resending, the previous message is being grey-listed: Most likely the machine running the scheduler is having a severe failure on it's disk(s.) No running jobs should be affected, but no changes on jobs can be effectuated. You can still submit/cancel jobs, but will not see any action take place until the hardware has been repaired, or the service moved to another machine.
