[Vagnekman-users] Update of mathematical libraries

Dear Ekman users,

I would like to inform that there are updates of mathematical Libraries available.

1. ACML Version 5.1

Some hints to use it on the PDC website:

2. FFTW Version 3.3.2

This version is now provided with more variants. Different floating-point precisions (single, double, long double, quad-precision) are available. Furthermore, libraries for single and multi-threaded use as well as static and shared libraries are available.

    Section FFTW on Ferlin/Ekman...  / FFTW V3.3.2

This version can support parallel computations based on MPI. Please contact me if you want to use this feature.
