[Vagnekman-users] Problem with node availability on Ekman

We observe a problem using cdo on ekman login node as well.
Is that maybe connected to the issue you describe ? :

ekman$ module load cdo
ekman$ cdo info ICMGGATM3+200803 
cdo: error while loading shared libraries: libimf.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Thanks for that getting fixed as well.

Dear Users,

one server needed for the operation of Ekman is in emergency maintenance
due to a hardware problem. The consequence is that compute nodes on Ekman
will go down as they become free if running jobs end. No new jobs will
start at the moment.
