[Bi-users] We aim at non-pilot access today

We aim at letting the general user group in to Bi this afternoon. That
of course means that you pilot testers are welcome back too at that
time.

Most of you will no longer use the bi-pilots account for your runs,
instead using the same account as on Krypton (though sm_a is replacing
sm_ml and sm_mo).

For some of you that should have been running on Frost this week if it
had been available, we will keep bi-pilots and some extra nodes
around. I'll send information about that to you in a separate email.
