[Bi-users] Access to /nobackup/smhid12 hung during the night

Dear users of /nobackup/smhid2,

access to the filesystem hung during the night due to problems with one
of the servers for the filesystem. Based on the logs, the problems
likely started before 23:30 yesterday.

The server has now been checked and restarted and access to the filesystem
works again.
