[Bi-users] Downtime for some filesystems on September 30

Dear Bi users,

The bugfix upgrade of rossby19, fouo5 and smhid12 that had to be
aborted before the vacation is now scheduled to take place next
Tuesday, September 30, from 13:00 to 19:00.

During this window the filesystems being upgraded will not be
available. Any processes that have open files on them when we try
to unmount the filesystems will be killed.
