[Bi-users] Downtime for some filesystems on the 9th and 21st

Dear Accumulus users,

This is a reminder that fouo3, rossby17 and smhid10 will be
upgraded this afternoon, and will remain unavailable on any cluster
until the upgrade is complete. Any jobs or processes that have
files open on those filesystems will be killed.
