[Bi-users] A subset of the Bi nodes are up again on emergency power

Dear Bi Users,

as of 11:20, 106 of the Bi nodes are up and running on emergency diesel
power. We will get back you when we know when and how we will be able to
get back to normal power and can power up all nodes.

Of the 106 nodes, 22 have been set aside for "fm" (Försvarsmakten). The
remaining 84 nodes are shared by all other Slurm accounts on the
cluster, with no more restrictive internal limits.

Please be kind to your colleagues and do not run too wide or long jobs.
NSC will not be able to act as the "scheduling police force"... you will
have to cooperate at SMHI.

Also note that at the current time, we have a sceduled downtime for
power work on Wednesday 2017-04-12 at 10:00 CEST (in less than 5
days). Jobs cannot start if their duration extends into that time.
