[Bi-users] Bi nodes are up again

Dear Bi Users,

since ~ 15 minutes, the Bi nodes are up again and running on the normal
power. The scheduling policy is back to the normal one.

Please note that we still have a scheduled downtime for power work
(disconnecting the emergency diesel generator) on Wednesday 2017-04-12
at 10:00 CEST (in less than 2 days). Jobs cannot start if their duration
extends into that time, so be carefull with your "-t" options to sbatch.
