[Bi-users] Power outage took down Bi this morning, now up again

Dear Bi Users,

a power outage this morning (at around 8:15) took down Bi. We have now
restored access to Bi including Accumulus storage. All login nodes were
back at around 11:35 together with most compute nodes (~ 50 nodes
down pending further investigation, most likely needing a new BIOS
backup CMOS battery as has been the case at earlier power outages).
