[Bi-users] New Accumulus Filesystems

Dear Accumulus storage users,

a new generation of Accumulus filesystems are available for use:

    /nobackup/rossby25
    /nobackup/smhid18

User and project directories has been created in accordance with 
rossby24 and smhid17.

Service life is only 2 years since hardware comes from previously 
retired systems.
