[DTG-users] Removal of: /nobackup/smhid0 /nobackup/rossby0

For your information: /nobackup/rossby0 and /nobackup/smhid0 will be
permanently inaccessible (removed and destroyed) at 2010-04-01. So
please, if you haven't migrated off important data from these
filesystems yet, then please start doing so now.
