NODES MOVED FROM GIMLE TO BORE

As decided today at the site meeting, 32 nodes have been moved from
Gimle to Bore, extendning the latter system to 56 nodes (n[1-56]).
There are 84 nodes left on Gimle (n[57-140]).

A REMINDER ABOUT THE JOB TIME LIMIT FLAG

We would like to remind Gimle users to use the "-t" sbatch flag to
specify the job time limit. If you don't use "-t", you get the maximum
job time limit (currently 6 days).

Specifying an accurate job time limit helps your colleagues (and the
sysadmins at NSC) to get a better picture of the future job load on
the system. As the system gets more utilised it may also affect the
  job scheduling.

Of course, you should never specify a too short job time limit,
as that will result in your job being killed before its done.

See the sbatch man page for information on the acceptable time
  formats.

Sincerely,
--
