[Gimle-users] XEmacs

As requested by Karl-Ivar Ivarsson, XEmacs has been installed on Gimle
and Bore.

As XEmacs is no longer included in RHEL/CentOS 5 or the normal "extra"
repositories we use, I built it from source and placed it in
/software/apps/xemacs, which means that you use
/software/apps/xemacs/bin/xemacs to start it.

If something is broken with the installation, please report it
to smhi-support at nsc.liu.se.
