[monolith-users] New version of FFTW on Monolith

[Torgny Faxen]

FFTW 2.1.5 is now installed on Monolith, overwriting the previous older release.
The libraries are in /usr/local/lib, include files in /usr/local/include and the complete
package in /usr/local/fftw-2.1.5
