[monolith-users] Vampir 4.0 installed on Monolith

Dear Monolith-user,
we have now upgraded Vampir/Vampirtrace to 4.0 on Monolith and also changed the
default Vampir/Vampirtrace to point to 4.0

4.0 has some new features:
- A new file format (STF) with scalability and compact format
- Ability to trace LAM MPI applications as well as applications
   using the Global Array toolkit.

Default for 4.0 is to have MPICH/ScaMPI applications as target.

For LAM, do:
module unload vampir/4.0.mpich ; module load vampir/4.0.lam

If you want to use Vampir/Vampirtrace 3.0:
module unload vampir/4.0.mpich ; module load vampir/3.0
