[monolith-users] Disk problems on Monolith

Dear Monolith users,

At about 12:30 p.m. today, Monolith experienced some disk problems,
due to a disk firmware upgrade. Now everything looks OK again.

Running jobs may have been unlucky to get some i/o errors due to this.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
