[monolith-users] Non-planned system stop on Monolith

Dear Monolith users,

Today we tried to fix a small SCALI network problem on Monolith, but
the cure seemed to be worse than the sickness; the SCALI network is
now not working at all.

All running jobs are stopped and those marked as rerunnable (this is
the default) are requeued.

We are working on a solution to the problem and hope to be up and running
again later today or this evening.

We apologize for the inconvenience!
