[Neolith-users] FYI: Short unplanned outage on the Neolith login node (neolith1)

Just FYI: the Neolith login node (neolith1 a.k.a neolith.nsc.liu.se) ran 
out of memory around 12:00 CEST, and from that point until it was 
restarted at 13:15 CEST it was probably unusable for most users.

No running or queued jobs were affected. Everything should now be back 
to normal.


The cause was a single user accidentally running a 30GB process.

Please be careful when running applications on the login node 
(neolith1). Using large amounts of memory or CPU on the login node will 
hurt all Neolith users!
