[Snic-users] Problems on Triolith, Kappa, Matter

Dear Triolith, Kappa and Matter users,

The systems are now available, with the exception of the Thinlinc
service on Triolith, which is being upgraded, it should be available
later today.

We do not believe any user data has been damaged or lost.

As earlier stated, all jobs that were running yesterday between 00:04
and 10:33 have probably failed. Queued jobs or jobs that finished
before 00:04 have not been affected.

Earlier today, we received an updated software tool from the storage
system vendor that allowed us to repair the problem in the /home file
system that prevented us from using it. The repair has now been
completed, and the system back in operation.

As always, please contact us at support at nsc.liu.se if you detect any
problems or unusual behaviour.
