[Snic-users] Triolith and Gamma downtime 2017-03-09

Dear NSC users,

Due to this morning's power outage, we have decided to perform this
planned maintenance today instead of on Thursday.

So: today's outage will last at least until lunch, and possibly all
day, but there will be no planned outage on Thursday.
