[Storage-users] gridftp is open again

Hi

The dsmreconcile is still running but i cant lock you out anymore from
gridftp.

I let the dsmreconcile running in the backuground.
You are free to use gridftp again.
The problem is that we have not change to new hardware yet.
When the dsmreconile are clear, I have to reschedule a new service stop
for change to the new hardware.
