[Vagnekman-users] Reminder regarding automatic cleaning of /cfs/ekman/scratch

This is a reminder that files below /cfs/ekman/scratch is eligible for
automatic deletion when the filesystem gets too full. The current target
is to keep the free space between 10-20TB (around 80-90% full). There are
now ~11TB free, so the first round of deletion will probably take place in
the next few days. Files will be deleted based on access time, starting with
the least recently accessed. Files below /cfs/ekman/nobackup will never be
automatically deleted, but since the total space in /cfs/ekman is shared,
more data in the nobackup part will cause more files to be cleaned in the
scratch part. Currently no files created/accessed in the last 10 days will
be deleted. If we need to adjust this limit to be able to free enough space,
a notification will be sent out before.
