[Vagnekman-users] shutdown of /nobackup/smhid5 and /nobackup/rossby11

These filesystems have reached the end of their lifeline and will be
taken out of service 2012-05-02:

   /nobackup/smhid5
   /nobackup/rossby11

Please, take your time and start moving out data from these
filesystems as soon as possible.
