The SLURM upgrade has been finished. We have tested running jobs as
users in various groups, etc, and it seems to work as it should.

You are now welcome to log in and start jobs again.

Ulf Andrae et al: the bug with epilog scripts not being run as they should 
with requeable risk jobs is still there, but now we can report it
against a current version of the software :-)
