Unfortunately today's problem seems harder to fix. The estimate from
the local power utility is now "probably a few hours, maybe more". It
seems they will have to dismantle parts of the substation to perform
repairs.

Since it's not possible to feed power to our "Kärnhuset" data center
(where Triolith, Gamma, Frost and Bi are located) from another
substation, those systems will remain down for at least a few more
hours.

Other NSC systems in the "Hangaren" data center (e.g our web server,
the new Allvis cluster, various storage services, ...) are not
affected.
